In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your selected payment method.

• uu777 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which uu777 accepts no responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with uu777 support.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC identity verification. You may be required to submit a copy of your national ID card or passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 9:00 PM BST on any day are typically processed within the same day. Requests submitted after 9:00 PM BST will be processed by the following business day.
• uu777 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.
• Bonus Balances are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

uu777 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific offer terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games will be stated in the individual offer terms published at the time of the promotion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who have completed registration and, where required, identity verification.

The following general rules apply to all Wagers placed on the uu777 Platform. Sport- and game-specific rules supplement these general rules and are published within the relevant product sections of the Platform.

• A Wager is accepted when the Platform issues a confirmation — either on-screen or by email. uu777 reserves the right to void any Wager placed after an event has commenced if live data has not been updated correctly due to technical issues.
• Odds are subject to change until the moment a Wager is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to that Wager.
• uu777 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, event, or game at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uu777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any Balance, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account after a previous Account has been closed for a breach of these Terms or following self-exclusion.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 years of age to access your Account.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to events on which you have placed a Wager on uu777.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or palpable odds mistakes in a systematic or deliberate manner.
• Colluding with other players, sharing account access, or engaging in any form of chip-dumping in casino or poker products.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any transaction in connection with criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or harvest data from the Platform without prior written consent from uu777.
